Through the pages of this website may you begin to find your own truth, that which stirs you within.  What you read here are the truths that have opened my own portal to my Authentic Self.  Within these pages are articles, writings, projects, affirmations and information that may assist you on your journey.  There is a saying, "We gather with one another for a Reason, a Season or a Lifetime."  I am Shirley Catanzaro the creator of this website and I will be your Guide on this, YOUR Journey, and if in someway you begin to recognize "YOU", i have fulfilled part of my purpose. My own journey is on the pages marked Shirley.

Each of us has our own particular path to find.    We, at some point in our lives, begin to ask ourselves the questions, "Who Am I, What is My Purpose, Is this All There Is"?  We look to bridge old concepts and beliefs into a positive, meaningful life path.  Our search for our 

Spiritual Roots begin as we read books, attend seminars, conferences and classes in our efforts to unlock our potential and to Imagine Our Own Possibilities.  We are each unique onto ourselves and as we look within us, our story begins to unfold and our "AHA"S, our moments of truth, open and we find the beauty of our soul. Each uniquely, beautiful one of us has this within them, each one of us has the ability to soar, to spread our wings, to joyously embrace who we are.  The challenge is:  To know you are worthy.  May you find your path to your inner home and let that run through your entire being, stand up to the plate and say, "I AM, I MATTER, I DESERVE!!!"

Love is the glue that weaves us together as humans.  Love is ever present, has no itinerary but to express itself, it has no conditions in and of itself, it spreads itself to touch and connect each one to another.

Forgiveness is the salve that heals all wounds.

That we are accountable for our life

That we always have choices

That we are all one family of earth

To honor everyone as a part of me

To always show gratefulness

That to love another fully we must love ourselves

That each day is precious

That there is a greater power

Not to assume or to take everything personally

To show up each day ready for new opportunities and growth
